Zahora is a small seaside village, situated between Caños de Meca
and El Palmar, in Andalusia, Cadiz, Spain. One of the last Mecca`s
along the Atlantic sea, it boasts virgin beaches and undeveloped
coastlines. Zahora is nestled beside the Natural Park ¨La Breña¨and
the historic Lighthouse of Trafalgar, on one of Andalusia´s best
unspoiled white sandy beaches. The Costa de la Luz is known for its
special light and sunsets, a photographers delight. On clear days
one can see the coast of Morroco and the tip of Africa just across
the sea.
The Costa de la luz averages 300 days of sunshine a year offering
excellent conditions for
walking, cycling, golf, surfing, kite boarding, bird
watching, fishing, scuba diving, and horseback riding all year
long.
